Mr. Mostafa Adimy is Senior Researcher (Directeur de Recherche) at INRIA (French National Institute for Computer Sciences and Applied Mathematics) and Institut Camille Jordan (ICJ) of Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1. He is the head of the “DRACULA” Inria-team: “Multi-scale modeling of cell dynamics”. Mr. Professor has the following areas of interest: Mathematical modeling of cell population dynamics, leukemia, immune system; Modeling and Biological Control of Vector-Borne Diseases: the case of Malaria and Dengue; Applications of delay differential and reaction-diffusion equations in biology and medicine; Reduction of complexity in differential equations arising from population dynamics, etc.

Dr. Dumitru Băleanu was born December 4, 1964 in Romania. He completed his undergraduate at Craiova University, Faculty of Science, Physics Department in 1988. Dr. Dumitru Baleanu got the PhD in Physics in 1996 from the Institute of Atomic Physics, Romania. Since 2000, he is been a visiting staff member at the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Çankaya University, Ankara, Turkey since 2000. He is a professor at the Institute of Space Sciences from Magurele-Bucharest, Romania.His fields of interest include the fractional dynamics and its applications in science and engineering, fractional differential equations and their applications, discrete mathematics, control theory, mathematical physics, solitons theory, Lie symmetry, dynamic systems on time scales, the wavelet method and its applications, quantization of systems with constraints, the Hamilton-Jacobi formalism, geometries admitting generic and non-generic symmetries. He is an editorial board member of several prestigious international journals as Applied Numerical Mathematics, Mathematics, Symmetry, Mathematical Methods in Applied Sciences, Advances in Difference Equations, Advances in Mechanical Engineering, Open Physics, Journal of Computational and Nonlinear Dynamics and Fractional Calculus and Applied Analysis. He is the chief editor of Frontiers in Physics-section Mathematical Physics and Progress in Fractional Differentiation and Applications. His h-index is 56 and he has been a highly cited researcher in Mathematics since 2015. He co-authored several published books in World Scientific Publishing, Academic Press, Springer and De Gruyter. Paul Bogdan is the Jack Munushian Early Career Chair and Associate Professor in the Ming Hsieh Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Southern California. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University. His work has been recognized with a number of honors and distinctions, including the 2021 DoD Trusted Artificial Intelligence (TAI) Challenge award, the USC Stevens Center 2021 Technology Advancement Award for the first AI framework for SARS-CoV-2 vaccine design, the 2019 Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Director’s Fellowship award, the 2018 IEEE CEDA Ernest S. Kuh Early Career Award, the 2017 DARPA Young Faculty Award, the 2017 Okawa Foundation Award, the 2015 National Science Foundation (NSF) CAREER award, the 2012 A.G. Jordan Award from Carnegie Mellon University for an outstanding Ph.D. thesis and service, and several best paper awards. His research interests include cyber-physical systems, new computational cognitive neuroscience tools for deciphering biological intelligence, the control of complex time-varying networks, and design methodologies for heterogeneous manycore systems.

Martin Bohner is the Curators’ Distinguished Professor of Mathe-matics and Statistics at Missouri University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri, USA. He received the BS (1989) and MS (1993) in Econo-mathematics and PhD (1995) from University Ulm, Germany, and MS (1992) in Applied Mathematics from San Diego State University. He was a Postdoc, sponsored by the Alexander von Humboldt-Foundation, at National University of Singapore (1997) and at San Diego State Univer-sity (1998). Martin Bohner is a Past President of ISDE, the International Society of Difference Equations. His research interests center around differential, difference, and dynamic equations as well as their applications to economics, finance, biology, physics, and engineering. He is the author of seven textbooks and more than 350 publications, Editor-in-Chief of three interna-tional journals, and Associate Editor for almost 100 international journals. His work has been cited more than 18000 times in the literature, including more than 5000 citations of his book “Dynamic Equations on Time Scales: An Introduction with Applications”, co-authored with Professor Allan Peterson. His h-index is 60, and his i10-index is 224. Professor Bohner is the recipient of the 2021 Obada Prize. His honors at Missouri S&T include five Faculty Excellence Awards, one Faculty Research Award, and nine Teaching Awards.

Juan Carlos Cortés López (http://www.upv.es/ficha-personal/jccortes), is a full professor in the Department of Applied Mathematics at the Universitat Politècnica de Valéncia (UPV), Spain. Since 2009, he is the deputy director of the University Institute of Multidisciplinary Mathematics of the UPV, developing his research in the MUNQU group (Modeling and Uncertainty Quantification) https://munqu.webs.upv.es/. His current research is oriented to the extension of the classical theory of differential equations (in a broad sense, ODEs, PDEs, equations with delay, fractional ODEs, etc.) to the random scenario under the approach of the so-called Random Differential Equations (RDEs) and their application in modeling with real data, paying attention to the development of inverse techniques for the estimation of the probability distributions of the parameters that appear in the RDEs so that they capture the uncertainty of the phenomenon being modeled.

Dr. Mohsen Razzaghi is a Giles distinguished professor at Mississippi State University and has three Fulbright Awards in Romania. He has been a department head since 2006. His research area is in Applied & Computational Mathematics, which ranges from developing, analyzing, and implementing mathematical models and numerical methods from sciences and engineering. He is particularly interested in optimal control, fractional calculus, and wavelets. He introduced a novel "hybrid functions" method by combining piecewise and continuous basis functions. He was the first to use Legendre wavelets for approximating solutions to problems in dynamic systems with jumps and discontinuities. He has over 230 publications in high-quality international journals in applied mathematics, mathematical physics, and engineering. His student, Gamal Elnagar, was the first to receive a Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences at Mississippi State University. His thesis work resulted in eight publications; one article co-authored with him has been cited over 800 times.
